The ideal candidate will play a vital part in embracing our new direction by providing expertise in dispensing prescription lenses with sunglasses. It have ability to deliver best customer service, assisting clients in finding their perfect pair of sunglasses. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of NZD 40,000 to NZD 60,000 per year. Responsibilities for optical dispenser:

• Candidate is responsible to serve as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through the eyewear selection process and addressing their vision needs.
• It have ability to assist customers in selecting frames that suit their facial features, personal style, and lifestyle requirements.
• Ability to manage the ordering process for eyewear, including placing orders with suppliers, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Candidate must possess a thorough understanding of optical principles, lens materials, and manufacturing processes to address customers’ questions and concerns accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the eyewear selection and fitting process, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Exceed sales goals and targets by paying close attention to detail and effort for excellence in everything .
