This full-time position offers a competitive salary range $40,000-$60,000 per year. Applicant must have bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, ,education and counselling.

Qualifications for Youth Mentor:

  • Candidate must have bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, education and counselling.
  • It must have prove working experience with youth in mentoring, counselling, teaching and social services roles.
  • Knowledge of youth development principles, mental health issues and community resources.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to build rapport and trust with young people.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities for Youth Mentor:

  • Candidate must have ability to develop and implement mentoring programs that cater to the specific needs of youth participants.
  • Providing guidance, support and encouragement to young people facing personal and social challenges.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with mentees and their families.
  • Facilitating group activities and workshops aimed at skill development, career readiness and personal growth.
  • Upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality in all interactions with mentees and stakeholders.
