Product Engineer Job In Poland

McKinsey & Company is seeking for Product Engineer to join their team in Wroclaw, Poland. The ideal candidate must have ability to improve the productivity, effectiveness and sustainability of our clients by working to develop products and services. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range from $160,442 per year. Applicants must have Master of Science degree in mechanical/process engineering.

Qualifications for Product Engineer:

• Master of Science degree in mechanical/process engineering or similar fields
• 2 years of experience in product development or manufacturing related functions.
• Previous experience working in food and/or packaging fields is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in an organization
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities for Product Engineer:

• Designing and developing new products or improving existing ones.
• Conducting research and development activities to identify new product opportunities and technologies.
• Testing and evaluating product prototypes to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
