Sika is currently seeking for human resource manager to join their team in the west region of Tuas South, Singapore. The ideal candidate must have ability to partner with the management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with the business initiatives. This fresh level full-time position offers a competitive salary range $91,000 -$240,000 per year.

Qualification of Human Resource Manager:

• Candidate must have bachelor’s degree in human resources management and business administration.
• Must have 8 years of experience driving results in the human recources field in chemical industry.
• Experience of working in a multi-cultural, international generalist HR role.
• Proficiency in the use of HR system including success factor.

Responsibilities of Human Resource Manager:

• Candidate must have ability to responsible to management to facilitate the annual HR cycle such as performance review.
• Provide expert advice and support to the leadership and management team on full spectrum of employment related matters.
• Ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies for leadership role .
• Manage the recruitment process, including recritment, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
