Genus Plus Group
Genus is undertaking power infrastructure improvement works in the town of Tom Price for Rio Tinto. These works involve installing new low voltage power feeds underground to approx. 58 new homes. Including new consumer mains and new back bone cabling along with installation of green domes at property boundaries.
Scope of work
As an electrician working on this project, you will be working in a small team of approx. 10 people conducting the following works
· Assisting the civil teams with final installation of conduits
· Installing new power cables multi core and single core
· Installation of earth rods
· Installation of green domes including terminations
· Installation of consumer mains
· Testing and pre-energization checks
· Assisting the client in power change overs from old installation to new installation

· Genus is currently pricing and tendering a large volume of works within the Pilbara region that will lead to long term employment opportunities for the right candidates
Essential requirements:
· Current WA ‘A Class” Electrical License.
· Current WA Drivers License.
· Current CPL/LVR.
· Construction White Card.
