Our Casual Role

Operations Driver – Our Operations Drivers are our team on the ground, driving service vehicles to manage our e-scooter fleet. This includes being in charge of a service vehicle (typically a van, Ute or small electric vehicle) and picking up e-scooters across the city and moving them to high demand locations and swapping batteries. Primary KPIs for our Operations Drivers relate to the availability of our Neuron e-scooters and the ideal distribution of scooters in the city (rebalancing). As a driver you will work independently. This is a hands-on, high impact role that will suit people who love driving, love physical work and are looking for an exciting challenge.

Role Requirements

• Ideally, the ability to work 10 hours (minimum) to 30 hours (maximum) per week.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry and maneuver 28-35kg.
• A valid drivers license is required.
• You will need a suitable personal smartphone to perform this role (generally an Apple or Android device from 2018 or newer)
• Self-starter who radiates positivity and possesses a “can-do” attitude.
• Passion for delivering a seamless customer experience.
• Any further experience in mobility, transportation, logistics, etc. is advantageous.
