The Position:
- Developing and maintaining effective business relationships with clients and customers
- Cleaning audits, quality assurance and high level eye for detail
- Client liaise on a daily basis to update room cleans and priorities.
- Providing leadership to your team to achieve business objectives including fostering a culture where safety is a core value
- Managing staff and trade suppliers to ensure the operational delivery requirements of services including Reactive and Preventative Management, Building Maintenance, and Cleaning Services are met within budget and quality parameters
The Person:
- A hands-on and proactive approach to the management with strong project management skills.
- Must be physically fit
- Hold a valid Blue Card or have the ability to obtain
- Proven leadership and people management experience and having excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Demonstrated ability to follow processes and procedures to achieve contract compliance
- Well-developed interpersonal skills including report, competencies, computer literacy and the ability to maintain high customer service standards and foster a positive team environment
- Able to follow Company policies and HSEQ requirements to a high standard
