About the role
The Storekeeper is part of the Procurement team. He/she is responsible for ensuring the receiving, distribution to the clientele and storage of material.
Essential Duties
- Receive, unload, identify and control material.
- Store the articles in an orderly manner so that they are easily accessible in the warehouse.
- Update the registers and an inventory system, using a computerized system.
- Respect, know and promote company regulations and policies, particularly with regard to health and safety.
- Palletize the material when it leaves the site according to the applicable transportation. standards.
- Perform all other tasks related to the performance of the duties of the position.
Experience
- Education relevant to the job, minimum DEC preferred
- Minimum 1 to 3 years’ relevant experience in stock management or logistics
- Knowledge of SAP system and Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in shipping and transportation management
- Experience in forklift driving (an asset)
- Wheel loader operation (an asset).
- Bilingualism, French and English (an asset)

Working Conditions
