- Duration: 1 hour
- Preferred start date: ASAP
- Lesson Frequency: twice a week
- Current target language level: Intermediate
- Student’s native language: English
- Student´s goals: My main objective is to be able to use the local language with the proper accent and use specific terminology in the work environment. As the organization’s General Manager, I will be engaging with external stakeholders and public authorities. I want to adapt my accent quickly and, at the same time, learn about acceptable behaviors in such settings. Plus, I would like to know about the work culture to motivate my employees better and set up a strong team culture. I would also be interviewing new employees, so I would like to understand how these processes work.”
Responsibilities:
- Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging lessons
- Developing curricula based on learners’ proficiency level and desired outcomes
- Monitoring students’ progress and guiding learners toward learning goals
- Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner
Qualifications:
- Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in the target language
- Certificate or degree in language teaching, education, instructional design, writing, language, linguistics, second-language acquisition, or related field
- Minimum of two years of teaching experience
