The Role

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff.
  • Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure they meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
  • Train, and support the housekeeping team, fostering a positive team culture
  • Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory, ensuring that all areas are adequately stocked.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

What we’re looking for

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.

  • Previous experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor role is essential
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions based on priorities and guest needs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and housekeeping management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
  • A current valid drivers license is essential
