About the Role

  • You’ll be the face of our venue, providing exceptional service to our guests.
  • From taking orders and serving meals to sharing your knowledge of the menu and drinks, you’ll help create a memorable dining experience.

About you

  • Experience in food and beverage service.
  • Willingness to learn the menu and drinks list to confidently recommend options to guests.
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
  • Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle guest feedback professionally and ensure a great dining experience.
  • Understanding of Food Safety Standards and a commitment to compliance.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
