About the Role
As a Production Worker at JLG’s Port Macquarie facility, you’ll play a vital role in the assembly, installation, and maintenance of our industry-leading equipment. This hands-on position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoy working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. You’ll contribute to creating a safe and efficient workflow while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are met.
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day tasks will involve a variety of hands-on duties, including but not limited to:

Assembly and Installation: Assist in assembling components and installing equipment, ensuring precision and quality in every step.

Maintenance and Repair: Support the maintenance and repair of equipment to keep operations running smoothly.

Safety First: Adhere to occupational health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to create a seamless workflow, assisting co-workers when needed to maintain efficiency.

Testing and Commissioning: Help test and commission equipment to ensure it meets JLG’s high standards.

Training and Mentorship: Support the onboarding and development of new team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise.

Minimum Qualifications:
