About the Role
As a Pick Packer/Assembler in the Bolt Kit Assembly Department, you’ll play a key role in preparing automotive fitting kits for 4×4 vehicles. This full-time position offers 38+ hours per week, Monday to Friday, with training provided to help you succeed. You’ll work in a dynamic team environment, packing and checking components with precision and care. Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Packing and Checking: Assisting in the assembly, packing, and quality checking of automotive fitting kits, including bolts, screws, and other 4×4 components.

Attention to Detail: Ensuring all items meet high-quality standards before wrapping, packing, or finishing.

Team Collaboration: Working closely with colleagues in a supportive team environment to maintain smooth operations.

Variety of Tasks: Adapting to different picking and packing requirements across multiple areas of the department.

Physical Tasks: Handling repetitive bending and lifting to prepare components for distribution.
