Key Responsibilities
As an NZPost Courier Driver with Walkworth Courier Limited, your responsibilities will include:

Safely operating company vehicles to deliver and collect parcels, mail, and packages within Rodney County and surrounding areas.

Following daily delivery schedules and ensuring parcels are delivered within required timeframes.

Accurately scanning, recording, and tracking deliveries using handheld devices.

Loading and unloading parcels efficiently and securely.

Maintaining the security and integrity of all parcels during transport.

Providing excellent customer service by being polite, professional, and responsive to customer inquiries.

Adhering to all road safety laws, NZPost delivery protocols, and company policies.

Reporting any vehicle issues, delays, or delivery challenges to the operations team promptly.
Qualifications and Skills

A valid New Zealand driver’s licence (Class 1 essential, Class 2 an advantage).

Previous courier, delivery driving, or logistics experience preferred but not mandatory.

Good knowledge of Rodney County and Auckland road networks.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Good level of physical fitness to handle loading and unloading tasks.
