Truck Driver

Senior Leadership InfraBuild is looking for a skilled and reliable Truck Driver to join our team in Emerald, QLD. As a Truck Driver with InfraBuild, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of materials and goods to various sites and customers. You will represent the company on the road and at customer locations, making professionalism, reliability, and strong communication essential to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate heavy vehicles in compliance with road transport laws and company policies.

• Safely load, secure, transport, and unload materials to designated sites.

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicles are in safe working order.

• Maintain accurate delivery records, logbooks, and any necessary documentation.

• Follow schedules to meet customer delivery requirements while ensuring safety at all times.

• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and customers.

• Adhere to workplace health, safety, and environmental policies.

Skills and Qualifications

• Valid and current Heavy Vehicle Driver’s Licence (HR/HC/MC depending on role requirements).

• Proven truck driving experience in Australia, preferably within logistics, transport, or construction.

• Strong knowledge of road safety, load security, and transport compliance standards.

• Ability to perform manual handling and operate basic equipment where required.

• Strong time management and organisational skills.

• A reliable, safety-first attitude with excellent communication skills.

Work Conditions

• Full-time position based in Emerald, QLD.

• $44 per hour with opportunities for overtime based on workload.
