Job Summary

We are looking for dedicated and reliable Factory Workers to join our growing team in Kaohsiung. As a factory worker, you will be responsible for operating machines, assembling products, inspecting quality, and ensuring smooth production line operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate factory machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Assemble, pack, and label products according to company standards.

  • Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet required specifications.

  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area to support safety and productivity.

  • Load and unload materials and finished goods for processing or shipment.

  • Monitor machines and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs.

  • Follow safety guidelines, wear protective gear, and comply with company regulations.

  • Work as part of a team to meet daily and weekly production targets.

  • Assist with inventory checks and documentation when required.

  • Support supervisors and technicians in improving production efficiency.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Previous experience in factory or assembly work is an advantage but not required.

  • Must be physically fit and capable of standing or moving for long periods.

  • Able to lift up to 25–30 kg safely.

  • Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Willingness to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic understanding of Mandarin or English.

  • Punctual, disciplined, and able to work well with others.
