Key Responsibilities

You will do the following as the Admin and Accounts Officer

  • Perform daily bank reconciliations across multiple accounts using NAB Connect and MYOB Exo

  • Process and enter debtor payments and creditor invoices accurately

  • Run weekly and monthly payroll via MYOB AccountRight, including STP submissions to the ATO

  • Manage GL postings and journal entries, including lease and interest payments

  • Pay creditors and process ABA payment files on time

  • Process stock receipts and purchase orders across multiple suppliers

  • Assist with new credit account applications, including credit checks and PPSR registrations

  • Complete NCI debtor insurance declarations as required

  • Prepare monthly payroll reports for the Warehouse Manager

  • Handle general administration including filing, scanning, and data entry

  • Maintain discretion when handling confidential employee and financial information

Qualifications

You need proven experience in a similar accounts or bookkeeping role, with a minimum of two to three years. A strong working knowledge of MYOB is essential; experience with Exo or AccountRight is highly regarded. Familiarity with NAB Connect or similar banking platforms is an advantage. High attention to detail and a methodical, process‑driven approach are a must. You must manage competing priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
