Administration Officer Job In New Zealand

Te Whatu Ora are seeking for Administration Officer to join their team in Dunedin hospital, New Zealand. The mental health addiction and specialist inpatient and community service for people with severe mental health disorder. The ideal candidate have a ability to provide secure inpatient facilities to community-based mental health centres. It provide efficient and timely administrative support function that is responsive and flexible to the changing needs of the service. For this position, candidate is adept in processing information. It is able to work within a high level of confidentially while handling personal information. This full- time position offers a salary range $74,090 and $77,200 per year within the emergency psychiatric service enquiries department.

Qualifications for Administration Officer:

• Candidate must have prior experience in a fast-administrative role.
• It must have excellent computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Soft, Excel and Outlook  (e-mail).
• Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
• The candidate should demonstrate strong teamwork skills and the ability to cultivate positive interpersonal relationships.
