Nursing – General Medical & Surgical (Healthcare & Medical) are seeking for appearance medicine nurse to join their team in West Harbour, Auckland in New Zealand. Skin Institute presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced and qualified appearance medicine nurse to join our team Auckland clinic team. Candidate will play a crucial role in delivering our bespoke, personalized premium service experience as a leading provider in the field. This role offers flexibility in location and hours, ideally spanning across our Remuera and Northwest clinics, with a mileage package. Candidate will work one late night per week and one Saturday morning per month, offering convenience for both our team members and clients. For this position, candidate must have NZ registered nurse with a minimum of 5 years experience in appearance medicine injectables, and candidate have a ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment, performing some advanced cosmetic therapy treatments. Qualifications for Appearance Medicine Nurse:

  • NZ Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years experience in appearance medicine injectables.
  • Interest in working in a multi-disciplinary environment and performing advanced cosmetic therapy treatments.
  • Desire to unleash developed injectable skills and deliver bespoke client outcomes.
  • Clear and effective communicator, adept at client interaction and ongoing care provision.
  • Proficient in English, both verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities for Appearance Medicine Nurse:

  • Performing appearance medicine injectables and advanced cosmetic therapy treatments.
  • Conducting thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and goals.
  • Developing personalized treatment plans based on clients’ individual requirements and expectations.
  • Administering anti-wrinkle and filler treatments with precision and expertise.
  • Ensuring the highest standards of client care and satisfaction throughout the treatment process.
  • Educating clients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions and potential side effects.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed client records and treatment documentation.
