Qualifications for Associate Charge Nurse Manager:

• Candidate must have valid and current nursing certificate.
• It must have ability to provide comprehensive understanding of nursing principles, leadership skills.
•  Excellent communication skills.
• It must have capacity to motivate and mentor staff.
• Proficiency in clinical nursing skills relevant to the speciality areas.

Responsibilities for Associate Charge Nurse Manager:

• Candidate is responsible for providing leadership and direction to nursing staff within the gastroenterology service.
• It have ability to work within a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality patients care.
• It has ability to supervise nursing staff.
