Lake health district is seeking for AVADE instructor- PRN to join their team at lakeview in New Zealand. The ideal candidate have ability to communicate information to both adult and children. For this position, candidate must hold associate degree in healthcare and a combination of education and relevant work experience. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range is $75,532 per year.

Qualifications for AVADE instructor-PRN:

  • Candidate must have associate degree in a healthcare.
  • It must have current instructor certification in AVADE-PRN.
  • Candidate must have a minimum of two years experience in an acute care hospital setting.
  • Capability to communicate information effectively to both adult and children.
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively as a team members with other instructors.

Responsibilities for AVADE instructor-PRN:

  • Candidate will provide avoid, violence, assess defend and escape( AVADE) and workplace violence prevention (WPV) training to all lake health district employees.
  • It is responsible for work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver comprehensive training programs.
  • Stay updated with AVADE / WPV training requirements and ensure all training content.
  • Ability to oversee the administration, planning, design and budgeting of the AVADE/ WPV training functions.
