This is a full-time permanent position within our Structural Steel and Engineering team. To be successful in this role you must be motivated and be willing to put in the effort required to complete jobs in a timely manner. Attention to detail and highest quality workmanship are paramount. As part of the selection process, applicants must be prepared to undergo a pre-employment medical examination which includes functional, audiometric and drug and alcohol testing.

Cross muller is an innovative and progressive multi-disciplined company specializing in manufacturing design, automation and systems integration. Our Engineering division designs and constructs manufacturing facilities, refurbishes existing facilities and designs and constructs automation plant for manufacturing plants and warehouses.
The Role
We are currently seeking a qualified Boilermakers to join our Structural Steel and Engineering team working on a multitude of different fabrication projects for a range of different customers throughout Australia. You will have access and the use of modern, well maintained equipment within a large, state-of -the-art facility. Our Boilermakers enjoy a safe, friendly working environment as well as access to multiple overhead cranes, mobile plant and our in-house beamline and plate processing machines. The roles are permanent full time positions located at Somersby on the NSW Central Coast. We have both day and afternoon shifts available.
The successful applicant will have:
- Completed their qualification and be competent in all aspects of their trade.
- A minimum of two years experience in Structural Steel Fabrication.
- Ability read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Supervise and provide support to apprentices to ensure appropriate training is received.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality of finished work.
- Experience working in a busy hands on environment
- Enthusiasm and the ability to multi-task
- Great communication skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels.
