Position Overview

• Driver Helper – Airport Catering Agent
• As a Helper, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth airport catering operations. Your responsibilities include gathering and delivering necessary equipment and products to aircraft, as well as retrieving inbound carts. You’ll interact with flight attendants, customer service teams, and other airport personnel to ensure seamless service.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather all necessary equipment for assigned flights.
• Verify flight documentation to ensure accuracy in loaded items.
• Coordinate with flight attendants and customer service teams to resolve daily issues.
• Follow standard operating procedures, including positioning vehicles at aircraft, securing work platforms, and loading/unloading carts.
• Requirements

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening, random drug tests, and a TSA/customs background check.
• Physical capability to carry, lift, push, and pull items weighing 50+ lbs.
• Comfort working at heights and outdoors in varying weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, etc.) while wearing protective clothing.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout an 8+ hour shift.
• Commitment to safety, security, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attendance and reliability in compliance with Sky Cafe’s rules and regulations.
