Cleaner/South Auckland Job in Metlifecare, New Zealand

You will thrive working at Papakura Oaks in South Auckland. Flourishing in our supportive team environment you will take pride in making your place of work ‘gleam’ with cleanliness. This is a part-time permanent role for 22.5 hours a week from Wednesday to Sunday.

Duties Include:

• Cleaning areas and ensure day to day lists are in place and carried out.
• Infection control is carried out as per guidelines, instructions and standards.
• Liase and ensure residents personal laundry is taken care of and handled in the most appropriate way.
• Follow/improve the systems of stock control for cleaning product, linen stock.
• Ensuring our residents environment is kept the highest standard of cleanliness.

Experience

• You will be an exceptional cleaner, wanting to ensure everything is spotless and in its place.
• Cleaning experience Domestic and or commercial preferred but is not essential.
• Laundry experiences a bonus
• Safe handling of chemicals training a bonus -but we can provide training.
• Excellent English and communication skills & a positive attitude.
