Commercial Cleaners Job in New Zealand

Everest Commercial Cleaning Services are a local privately owned company that provides a high level of commercial cleaners services in and around the Napier, Hawkes Bay region. The successful applicants will task with cleaning various commercial and residential properties in line with their company’s standards and procedures. You do not need prior experience as training will give however you must possess a good work ethic, self-motivated and able to work independently of others when require. Responsibilities of Commercial Cleaners:

• Vacuuming carpets, hard floors and upholstered furniture.
• Cleaning, dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures and fittings.
• Removing rubbish and recyclable material, and emptying containers, bins and trays.
• Detail-oriented cleaning of windows, glass surfaces, and appliances to remove any stains or marks.
• Sweeping, mopping, waxing, and polishing of various floor surfaces.
• Vacuuming and steam cleaning of carpets, upholstery, curtains, and floors.
• Removing dust and dirt from ceiling, walls and fixtures.
• Applying cleaning solutions to surfaces to remove stains and dirt.
• Sorting, washing, and drying, cleaning clothes.
• Water blasting concrete and various other surfaces, including decks and driveways.
• Building washing, house washing, roof and gutter cleaning, concrete cleaning, moss/mould treatments, drain unblocking.
• Accurate labelling and measurement of cleaning chemicals.
• Execution of other relevant tasks as assigned by the employer.
• Work in a team to complete the cleaning within the specified timeframe and to the correct procedure.

Requirement for Commercial Cleaners:

• Enjoy working independently or as part of a small team.
• Have a high attention to detail.
• Can work evenings and some weekends.
• Have reliable transport.
• You will be require to work on a roster basis for between 30-40 hours per week and must be available to work evenings and weekends.
