Community Nurse Specialist Job In New Zealand

Mary potter hospice are seeking for community nurse specialist to join their team at enhanced hospice in Willington, New Zealand. The ideal candidate must have strong interest in delivering homebased care including assessment, care planning, treatment and outcomes for people with in the palliative care. It must have ability to work 1: 30pm – 10:00pm from Monday to Sunday within the hospital. For this position, candidate must be registered nurse with current New Zealand annual practicing certificate. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range is  $15,990 per year. It must have ability to work 4-5 hours per day within the hospital.

Qualifications for Community Nurse Specialist:

• Candidate must be registered nurse with a current New Zealand annual practicing certificate.
• Capability to deliver specialized palliative care nursing service within the hospital setting and at patients homes.
• It must have ability to work with others healthcare partners or within a multidisciplinary team.
• Must holds a driver’s license in New Zealand.

Responsibilities for Community Registered Nurse:

• Candidate is responsible for providing best care within the hospital.
• Excellent written and communication skills to communicate with patients and their families.
• It has ability to maintain patients records including assessment and care planning.
