Penergetic New Zealand is currently looking for crop development specialist to join their team in North Island, New Zealand. The ideal candidate is responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to farmers on the effective use of penergetic products. Our organization penergetic New Zealand including soil, plants, compost and animal and water product to clients. Candidate have ability to assist farm conditions and recommending appropriate products and solution to optimize soil health, plant growth and overall crop and animal performance. This contract based position offers a competitive salary range $90,000-$110,000 per year. Applicant must have bachelor degree in agricultural science.

Qualification for Crop Development Specialist :

  • Candidate must have bachelor’s degree in agricultural science, agribusiness, commerce and environmental science.
  • Previous experience in farming or agribusiness is also highly valued.
  • It must have strong analytical, communication and problem solving skills.
  • Familiar with organic farming practices and bio stimulant additives.

Responsibilities for Crop Development Specialist:

  • Candidate is responsible for advising farmers on crop and livestock production including nutrient management and sustainable farming practices.
  • Ability to develop farm management plans to optimize productivity and environmental sustainability.
  • Conducting field assessments and experiments to improve farm operations.
  • Provide training and support to farm staff.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication communication skills to communicate with clients.
