United flower growers Ltd is currently seeking a customer experience manager to join their team in Auckland, New Zealand. The ideal candidate have ability to work closely with our CEO and other members of the wider operational team to ensure united flower growers suppliers and buyers are identified. United flower grower is the largest flower broker in New Zealand and developed a virtual trading floor that connect florists with growers. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range is $75,000 – $95,000 per year. Applicant must have relevant commercial experience and a proactive self-starter that is highly organised and manage multiple tasks at same time.

Qualifications for Customer Experience Manager:

  • Candidate must have relevant commercial experience in managing long term client relationships.
  • Ability to handle a tech-savvy professional to excels in leveraging technology to enhance efficient patient care.
  • It must be deliver exceptional customer experiences to the clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with patients and their families.
  • Ability to manage multitasking at same time.

Responsibilities for Customer Experience Manager:
