Eke Panuku development is currently seeking a customer service representative to join their team in Auckland, New Zealand. The ideal candidate have ability to deliver high-quality customer service and assisting the customer’s needs with affection and professionalism. It must have ability to provide exceptional administrative support and ensuring smooth operations and excellent communication skills to communicate with customers. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range is $50,000 to $65,000 per year. Applicants must have previous experience in customer service role within the community.

Qualifications for Customer Service Representative:

  • Candidate must hold high school diploma and previous experience in customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with diverse audience effectively.
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft products including Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms Outlook and Ms Teams.

Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative:

  • Candidate is responsible to provide exceptional administrative support to the customers.
  • Ability collaborate closely with team members across Eke Panuku marinas.
  • Maintain accurate records and handle various administrative tasks with effectively.
