Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and punctual Factory Labourers to support manufacturing operations at our facility. This permanent, full-time role involves handling materials, sorting and packing products, and maintaining a clean work environment. A high school diploma is required, and while prior experience is an asset, training is provided to ensure success in this physically demanding role.

Responsibilities

  • Material Handling:

    • Transport raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the plant manually.

    • Check and weigh materials and products to ensure quality and accuracy.

    • Sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products for production or distribution.

  • General Labour:

    • Perform labouring and elemental activities to support manufacturing processes.

    • Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and efficient environment.

Qualifications

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.

  • Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing or labouring is an asset but not mandatory; training is provided.

  • Skills and Abilities:

    • Ability to perform repetitive tasks and handle heavy loads (up to 9 kg/20 lbs).

    • Comfortable standing for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.

    • Strong punctuality, dependability, and team player attitude.

  • Work Environment Adaptability:

    • Willingness to work in a dusty and noisy manufacturing setting.

  • Eligibility:

    • Must be currently legally able to work in Canada.

    • Proficiency in French is required due to the work language.

    • Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to maintaining high workplace standards.

Work Conditions

  • Environment: Work takes place in a manufacturing facility with dusty and noisy conditions.
