Responsibilities of Factory Production Worker:

• General timber related duties
• Operate machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

Eligibility Criteria for Factory Production Worker:

• Timber mill experience (preferred)
• Punctual and reliable
• High school diploma
• Driver’s license and own transport
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures and protocols.
• Physically fit for Laboring duties
• Able to follow a schedule and work within timeframes.
• Able to work as part of a team or autonomously.
