Candidate is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members, and maintaining the high standards of care delivery. It has strong communication and time management skills are vital for successfully leading this interdisciplinary team and ensuring the provision of specialized palliative care. The salary range for this position is $97,814 per year.
