Ferme Marygold Inc, a respected agricultural operation in Saint-Anselme, Quebec, is seeking a dedicated Farm Supervisor for a temporary full-time position. Pay: $18.55 per hour

What You’ll Do
As a Farm Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily operations, ensure the well-being of livestock, and maintain high standards of safety and productivity. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling animals and monitoring their health to ensure their well-being
- Assisting in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures
- Coordinating and supervising the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers
- Maintaining detailed financial, production, and livestock performance records
- Selecting livestock for sale based on quality and farm needs
- Operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment to support daily operations
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking candidates who meet the following requirements:
- Fluency in French to ensure effective communication in the workplace
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required—prior experience in farming is an asset
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage teams and maintain records
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada
- Knowledge of farm safety, bio-security procedures, and livestock management is a plus
