Job Description:
Sandhu’s Fruit Farm is looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Fruit Farm Workers. This is a full-time, outdoor position located in the scenic rural community of Keremeos, BC. No formal education or prior experience is required — just a willingness to work hard and learn on the job.

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: 40 to 50 hours per week
Responsibilities:

Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops

Harvest crops including apples and other orchard fruits

Weed, fertilize, and spray crops
-
Clean, cut, and tie plants
-
Grade fruits and vegetables based on size, shape, color, and volume

Pick row and orchard crops

Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
Work Environment:

Outdoors in all weather conditions

Wet, damp, dusty, noisy, and occasionally odorous

Physically demanding with repetitive tasks

Standing, bending, crouching, and kneeling for extended periods

Combination of sitting, standing, and walking

Fast-paced and requires strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
