Responsibilities

• Crop Handling:

  • Pick row and orchard crops, primarily cherries, ensuring quality and efficiency.

  • Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable and non-marketable lots.

  • Pack fruits and vegetables for market distribution, maintaining organic standards.

  • Harvest crops in a timely manner to meet production goals.

• General Duties:

  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support farm operations during the harvest season.

Qualifications

• Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.

• Experience: Previous experience in fruit farming or organic agriculture is an asset but not mandatory.

• Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to perform repetitive, physically demanding tasks with attention to detail.

  • Comfortable standing for extended periods in an outdoor environment.

  • Quick learner with a strong work ethic and reliability.
