Responsibilities

• Crop Management:

  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to support farm production.

  • Fertilize and spray crops to promote healthy growth and protect against pests.

  • Harvest crops efficiently, ensuring quality standards are met.

• Equipment and Maintenance:

  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to ensure operational efficiency.

• General Duties:

  • Perform additional farm-related tasks as needed to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.

• Experience: No prior experience necessary; on-the-job training will be provided.

• Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in an outdoor environment.

  • Comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods.

• Work Environment Adaptability:

  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Eligibility:

  • Must be legally able to work in Canada.
