Hours: 35 to 60 hours per week (Overtime required)
Compensation: Piece work (plus financial benefits)

Key Responsibilities:

Harvest tree and orchard crops, specifically cherries

Climb and work aloft using ladders, poles, or other support structures
Work Environment:

Outdoor work in various weather conditions

At heights

Dusty and hot environments

Located in a rural area

Work Conditions & Physical Demands:

Fast-paced and physically demanding tasks

Repetitive movements and manual dexterity required

Hand-eye coordination and the ability to distinguish between colours

Extended periods of standing, bending, crouching, and kneeling

Must be able to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)

Qualifications:

No degree, certificate, or diploma required

1 to less than 7 months of related experience preferred

Must be legally able to work in Canada
