Key Responsibilities of Government Job:

• Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops according to the farm plan.
• Operate and maintain farm equipment and machinery.
• Care for and feed livestock.
• Maintain fences, buildings, and other farm infrastructure.
• Assist with irrigation and pest control measures.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Maintain financial and production records
• Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting
• Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers

Requirements of Government Job:

• Previous experience in farming or agriculture is an asset.
• Ability to perform physical work in all weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
