Job Summary

We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable House Cleaners to join our dynamic team. This role offers the flexibility to work as an independent contractor, setting your own schedule while performing standard, deep, move-in/out, and post-renovation cleaning services. Candidates must have their own vehicle and cleaning supplies, along with at least two years of cleaning experience. With the potential to earn up to $50,000 annually through additional job opportunities, this is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals to thrive.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning Services:

  • Perform standard cleaning tasks to maintain client homes.

  • Conduct deep cleaning for thorough sanitation and upkeep.

  • Execute move-in/out cleaning for residential properties.

  • Handle post-renovation cleaning to prepare homes for occupancy.

• Client and Team Interaction:

  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with team members and clients.

  • Ensure client satisfaction through high-quality cleaning and attention to detail.

• Operational Duties:

  • Manage time effectively to complete cleaning assignments within operational hours (8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Saturday).

  • Use personal cleaning supplies to perform tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of cleaning experience required.

• Skills and Abilities:

  • Detail-oriented and organized with a strong focus on quality.

  • Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to meeting schedules.

  • Friendly and professional in interactions with clients and team members.

  • Open to learning and adapting to Luxoclean’s cleaning standards.

• Requirements:

  • Must own a vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license.

  • Provide own cleaning supplies.

  • Access to a phone and email for communication and scheduling.

  • Clean background check.

• Work Environment Adaptability:

  • Comfortable working in various residential settings, with potential travel to local areas around Kitchener, ON.

• Eligibility:

  • Must be legally able to work in Canada.

  • Proficiency in English required; French not required.

Work Conditions

• Environment: Work primarily in residential homes, requiring travel to client locations in and around Kitchener, ON.

• Physical Demands: The role involves physically demanding tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting during cleaning activities.

• Schedule: Flexible schedule with operational hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Saturday. Includes day shifts, Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed.

• Hours: Full-time or part-time options available, with expected hours ranging from 10 to 40 per week.
