Ravensdown is currently seeking for HR coordinator to join their team at Christchurch in Canterbury, New Zealand. Candidate have ability to lead quality generalist processes including recruitment, performance and remuneration management. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range $66,500 per year. Applicant must have previous HR function and a supportive senior manager administrative experience. It must have ability to proactively prioritise your workload and meet deadlines.

Qualifications for HR Coordinator:

  • Candidate must have prior experience in a HR function to support the senior manager.
  • It must have bachelor degree in human resources.
  • Proficiency with human resource information system and other relevant software including Microsoft office suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage relationships  with employees, management and external parties.
  • High level of accuracy in handling HR records and documentation.

Responsibilities for HR Coordinator:

  • Candidate is responsible to assist in the recruitment process including job posting, screening resumes.
  • Ability to provide end-to end talent acquisition support.
  • Lead quality generalist processes including recruitment, performance and remuneration management.
  • Capability to proactively prioritise your workload and meet the deadlines.
