HR Coordinator Job In New Zealand

Applicant must have previous HR function and a supportive senior manager administrative experience. It must have ability to proactively prioritise your workload and meet deadlines.

Qualifications for HR Coordinator:

• Candidate must have prior experience in a HR function to support the senior manager.
• It must have bachelor degree in human resources.
• Proficiency with human resource information system and other relevant software including Microsoft office suite.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage relationships  with employees, management and external parties.
• High level of accuracy in handling HR records and documentation.

Responsibilities for HR Coordinator:

• Candidate is responsible to assist in the recruitment process including job posting, screening resumes.
• Ability to provide end-to end talent acquisition support.
• Lead quality generalist processes including recruitment, performance and remuneration management.
• Capability to proactively prioritise your workload and meet the deadlines.
