As a crucial member of the ICU department, the successful candidate will contribute significantly to delivering high-quality patient care. This full-time role offers a competitive salary packages of $70,000 – $90,000 per year. For this position, candidate must holds a current practicing certificate and previous experience in an ICU setting.

Qualification for Intensive care unit (ICU):

• The candidate must hold a registered nurse qualification and current practicing certificate.
• It must have desirable experience in an intensive care unit (ICU).
• Experience in relevant clinical practices, procedures and protocols within a ICU environment.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate with patients and their families.
• Strong critical thinking abilities with the capability to make swift and effective decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Candidate is responsible for monitoring and evaluating patient conditions, identifying changes and promptly taking necessary actions.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to devise and execute personalized care plans for patients, advocating for holistic treatment method.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams to create and execute personalized care plans for each patient.
• Administering medications, conducting treatments and managing medical equipment are needed.
• Maintaining precise patient records and documentation while adhering to confidentiality standards consistently.
