Farmlands Co-operation society limited is seeking a  machine tool operator to join their team in Whanganui, Manawatu-Whanganui, New Zealand. The ideal candidate will have the ability to ensure accuracy of raw ingredients entering the manufacturing process. Applicant must possess a high school diploma and relevant vocational training certificate. This full-time job offers a salary range is $20- $25 per hour. Moreover, the candidate must have ability to operate and maintain various types of machinery used in the milling process.

Qualifications for Machine Tool Operator:

• Candidate must have high school diploma and relevant vocational training certificate.
• It must have previous experience in mill hand role.
• Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labour.
• A mill hand must be physically fit to perform lifting and manual handling tasks.

Responsibilities of Machine Tool Operator:

• Candidate must have ability to operate and maintain various types of machinery used in the milling process.
• Ability to monitor the machinery to ensure it is running efficiently and safely.
• Ensure accuracy of raw ingredients and additives into the manufacturing process to maintain product quality and consistency.
• Perform and maintenance on equipment and machinery.
• Assisting in troubleshooting and repairing machinery.
