MR Driver-Shred X, Australia

Based from our Wetherill Park Branch, we currently have an opportunity for a Customer Facing MR Driver to join our team and assist in the servicing and expansion of our business. With a wide and varied client base our routes vary daily however will remain within the city. Our role is a great opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic person who can work unsupervised and who is interested in a diverse range of duties with a mix of physical, driving, and customer service duties as part of this role.

What will you do

• Drive a manual truck within the Sydney CBD 5 days a week.
• Establish and maintain outstanding relationships with customers.
• Delivery and collection of our famously recognizable orange recycling bins in a safe, courteous, and timely manner.
• Capable of following routes and utilizing PDA’s effectively (training provided).
• Loading and unloading vehicles.
• Perform and record daily vehicle inspections ensuring ongoing safety.
• Accurately complete PDA transactions for all assigned deliveries and collections.

What we are looking for

• 1+ years Manual Truck driving experience.
• Experience navigating around the Sydney CBD
• Courier type, multi pick up/drop experience strongly regarded.
• Valid (Minimum) Manual Medium Rigid (MR) Truck License with a good Driver History Record.
• Strong Customer Focus.
• Safe manual handling skills.
• Hard-working, punctual, and reliable.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instruction.
