Nursing Assistant Job In New Zealand

Royston hospital is seeking a  nursing assistant to join their team in Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand. Candidate is responsible for encompass the full spectrum of nursing care from assessment and planning to implementation and evaluation. For this position, candidate will play a crucial role in identifying potential medical complications, providing interventions and treatments, and coordinating with medical colleagues to ensure comprehensive patient care. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, flexibility and a collaborative spirit to thrive in our team-oriented environment for this full-time permanent position. The candidate must have minimum two years of nursing experience in clinical nursing department.

Skills and Experience for Nursing assistant:

• Candidate must registration as a Nurse with a current New Zealand Nursing Council APC.
• It must have minimum two years of nursing experience, preferably in one of our specialist areas.
• The ability to support and collaborate with colleagues and the multidisciplinary team, respecting and valuing diverse perspectives and strengths.
• A compassionate approach to supporting patients and their families, meeting clinical needs, and fostering a sense of security and trust.
