We have a current vacancy for a motivated and safety focused 1st Year Fitter & Turner Apprentice to join our team located in Warrnambool, Victoria. In this role, you will be required to work alongside a crew of like-minded tradespeople to deliver maintenance onsite.
You will have constant support from your supervisor while you complete your apprenticeship. We will ensure you learn all components of the trade Fitter & Turner including reading and interpreting plans, adhering to health & safety requirements whilst in a great work environment.

About you:

• You will be enthusiastic and able to demonstrate a genuine desire to begin career as a Fitter and Turner
• A strong communicator who can effectively communicate with team members
• Willing to learn, carry out instructions, and work effectively in a team environment
• Prepared to work safely in a fast-paced industrial environment
• Willing to undergo our Q Fever vaccination program and drug and alcohol testing
• Any pre-apprenticeship training will be viewed favorably
