Remo health is currently seeking for personal assistant to join their team in United state, New Zealand. The ideal candidate have ability to manage day-to-day administrative and operational needs to ensure a smooth operation of our growing technology organization. Remo health develop a new standard of dementia care to provide an expert clinical team designed personalized comprehensive care to the patients and their families. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range is $80,000- 120,000 per year. Candidate have ability to provide comprehensive administrative support including creating, maintaining and editing documents, spreadsheets, files and presentation.

Qualifications for Personal Assistant:

• Candidate must have at least 4 years executive assistant experience.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• It must have ability to create, maintain and edit document, spreadsheets and presentations.
• Provide organizational support for correspondence, reporting and coordination of recurring status.

Responsibilities for Personal Assistant:

• Candidate have ability to facilitates internal communication within the technology organization.
• Assist with budgeting forecasting and ad-hoc reporting request.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
