We are seeking a reliable and responsible Pickup & Delivery Driver to join our customer-centric laundry pickup and delivery service team. In this role, you will be responsible for picking up and delivering customer orders in a secure, safe, and timely manner. About Us:
Freshspin Laundry provides on-demand laundry pickup, washing, and delivery services for customers across the Bronx, Harlem, and Manhattan. We are a professional, agile, and customer-centric company dedicated to making laundry hassle-free for our clients.

- Monday to Friday
- Every weekend
Work Location:
- In person (serving Bronx, Harlem, and Manhattan)
Responsibilities:
- Safe and Timely Pickup & Delivery: Ensure customer orders are picked up and delivered securely and on schedule.
- Loading and Unloading: Transport items between your vehicle and the operations center efficiently.
- Route Adherence: Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the dispatcher to optimize efficiency.
- Customer Communication: Interact with customers to confirm delivery times and ensure accurate drop-offs.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Provide friendly, professional service during every customer interaction.
- Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while driving and performing delivery operations.
Qualifications:
- Vehicle Requirement: Must have a personal vehicle (preferably a truck or van) with valid insurance.
- Age: Must be at least 19 years old.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Experience: Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
- Time Management: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time efficiently.
- Physical Ability: Capable of lifting and carrying heavy items as needed during pickups and deliveries.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with roads and routes in the Bronx, Harlem, and Manhattan is a plus.
