Qualifications for PRN Safety and Self-Defence Instructor:

• Candidate must hold an associate degree in healthcare.
• It must have current instructor certification in PRN safety and self-defence instructor.
• Candidate must have a minimum of two years experience in an acute care hospital setting.
• Capability to communicate information effectively to both adult and children.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively as a team members with other instructors.

Responsibilities for PRN Safety and Self-Defence instructor:

• Candidate will provide  workplace violence prevention (WPV) training to all employees to equip them with skills to avoid, assess, defend and escape violence , fostering a safer workplace environment.
• It is responsible for work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver comprehensive training programs.
• Stay updated with WPV training requirements and ensure all training content.
• Proficiency in overseeing the administration, planning, design and budgeting of  WPV training functions.
