The Opportunity
We are seeking dedicated Production Workers to join our team at our production facilities in Adelaide’s northern suburbs, located at Angle Vale Road, Virginia, and Taylors Road, Penfield Gardens. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring our potatoes and onions are processed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards for distribution to major supermarket chains across Australia.
Roles Available
- Graders:
- Inspect and grade potatoes and onions to ensure top quality.
- Stand for extended periods at grading tables.
- Complete training in product knowledge to perform final inspections before produce reaches customers.
- Labourers:
- Pack and stack bags of potatoes and onions (weighing between 2kg and 20kg).
- Ensure proper packing and stacking to prevent damage.
- Complete training in product handling to maintain quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- For Graders: Inspect and grade produce with precision to uphold quality standards.
- For Labourers: Handle, pack, and stack products carefully to ensure integrity.
