Wakefield hospital are seeking for Project Coordinator to join their team in Wellington, New Zealand to oversee the transition to the second phase of Wakefield hospital redevelopment project to promote a supportive and inclusive work environment. The ideal candidate have ability to provide excellent patient care within the hospital. It must have ability to monitor project program and identify issue faced by patients. For this position, candidate must have bachelor’s degree in relative degree. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range is $70.000 to $85,000 per year within the administration department.

Responsibilities for Project Coordinator:

• The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth transition by developing comprehensive move plans.
• Coordinate project activities and ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with project managers.
• Monitor project progress and identify any issues or risks that may arise.
• Communicate with team members to assign tasks, track deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and documenting minutes.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must have bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business administration, project management.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project ) is beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
